Darren Gibbs
Darren oversees the day-to-day operations of Trireme Guernsey and has been with the group since Trireme was first formed in 2012.
Prior to this, Darren was head of Pensions Administration for a large independent trust company and specialised in technical analysis and product development in the international pensions solutions arena. Darren brings a wealth of financial services experience with him having previously acted as Compliance Officer for a major international bank and having held relationship management roles in both public and private banking institutions.


Anna Gray
Anna joined the PraxisIFM Group in July 2020 as director of Trireme Pensions Services and Cavendish Corporate Investments PCC in Guernsey.
With over 13 years’ experience as a specialist pensions lawyer in the UK and Guernsey, Anna brings her technical expertise together with a deep understanding of the legal and regulatory framework for pensions. This includes a wealth of experience advising trustees and employers on the creation and operation of a full range of pension arrangements in both the public and private sectors.
Anna has also gained a unique insight into a regulator’s perspective, having worked for the UK Pensions Regulator and also having assisted the GFSC in the early stages of its development of the Guernsey pension scheme and gratuity rules. This experience led her to develop a particular interest in best practice in governance for pensions schemes and seeking the best possible member outcomes.
Anna is a committee member of the Guernsey Association of Pension Providers.

Anna Rhydwen-Jones

Anna Rhydwen-Jones
Anna joined the PraxisIFM Group in 2003 and is a director of both the Guernsey-based and Malta-based pension companies.
With 24 years’ experience in financial services, Anna specialises in technical analysis and product development for domestic and international pension solutions.
Prior to joining PraxisIFM, Anna spent nine years working as a project analyst and in-house legal and technical officer for two major international long-term insurance providers with particular focus on product development and compliance in the international trust, pension and insurance markets. She has a post graduate diploma in law from Nottingham Law School.

Richard Garrod

Richard Garrod
Richard started his career with HM Revenue and Customs in 1986, leaving after three years to enter private practice. In 2003, Richard became Partner in Mazars LLP, leading their tax practice across the North of England.
During his time with Mazars, Richard established and led their tax investigation practice, which gave him valuable insight into HMRC strategy and practice. He also acted for a large range of private individuals, and often their business interests too.
An expert in offshore pension structures, Richard is often asked to present on offshore structures and pensions. His breadth of knowledge of the UK tax system aligned to his experience in offshore planning is invaluable in his role as consultant to Trireme.

Kayleigh Rossiter

Kayleigh Rossiter
Kayleigh was born and educated in Guernsey. After leaving the College of Further Education with a BTEC in Business Studies, Kayleigh joined Close Brothers’ fiduciary team and worked with a portfolio of clients covering trusts and companies. During that time, Close developed their pension business and Kayleigh was instrumental in building the team, developing introducer and client relationships and establishing the administration function.
After eight years, Kayleigh spent 14 months travelling during which time she volunteered in various projects including replantation of trees in Borneo and working for the Wild Life Foundation Farms helping to re-habilitate animals in to the wild.
Kayleigh joined Trireme Pension Services (Guernsey) Limited in December 2015 and now manages the administration team. She has a wealth of experience in the Guernsey and offshore pension market and has developed relationships with a number of local and international Advisor groups whilst working the in Fiduciary industry for 15 years.


Tessa Bisson
Guernsey born, Tessa has enjoyed a varied career both in finance and childcare for over 25 years.
She spent several years in the trust and company sector prior to a seven year spell running her own business in the commercial sector.
Tessa returned to finance in 2013 and joined a large international insurance company as an account executive. During this time Tessa studied for the Chartered Institute of Insurers (CII) while administering multi member schemes for many well known brands across the globe.
Tessa joined our sister company, Trireme Pension Services (Guernsey) Limited in 2015, with proven extensive customer service experience as well as strong planning and analytical skills. In her role as Client Relationship Manager, Tessa manages Trireme’s largest client, Cavendish Corporate Investments PCC Limited and runs an administration team. Tessa’s role specialises in contractual pensions and non-insurance based annuities offering knowledge and expertise in specialised investments and property management.
Malta


James King
James joined Trireme in July 2015 and was appointed as Managing Director of the Malta office in May 2018. He is responsible for overseeing, developing and running the pension administration function that has an international client base utilising a range of personal and occupational pension plans established under trust as well as under contractual arrangements.
James has over 20 years pensions administration experience both in the UK, Channel Islands and Malta. Prior to relocating to Malta he was the Pensions Administration Director for a respected pension and benefits company based in Guernsey and has significant experience in the administration of International Pension Plans, QROPS and QNUPS arrangements.
In addition, James has been actively involved with the development of the specialist pension administration software used by Trireme.


Andrea Garroni
Andrea joined the PraxisIFM Group in 2012, to assist with the establishment and development of Trireme Pension Services (Malta) Limited. He has since been responsible for overseeing Malta’s pensions operations and was appointed to the Board as Operations Director in June 2018.
Before joining the Group, Andrea spent six years working for one of Malta’s leading insurance companies and was involved in setting up their medical insurance department. During this time, Andrea obtained an advanced diploma in insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute and qualified as a Chartered Insurer.
Andrea also holds an honours degree in psychology from the University of Malta.


Denis Vella
Denis joined Trireme in 2016 after 15 years of proactive support to a wide range of clients in different industries in Malta and the UK. Over these years he was involved in various assignments including accountancy, audit, taxation, pensions, research and development, and ad-hoc project work. Denis enjoys supporting clients, making sure to deliver accurate and reliable information, within specific time limits.
Denis spent his last employment working with a reputable Guernsey pension administration company where he helped develop information systems for the efficient and accurate delivery of financial information.
With Trireme, Denis is in charge of producing and filing all financial reporting, preparing and submitting regulatory, tax and other compliance returns, and managing the workflows and deliverables of the bookkeeping and accounting function. He also assists with other pension accounting and reporting duties including the design and development of the investment monitoring programme.
Denis is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and The Malta Institute of Accountants, and a Certified Public Accountant and Auditor in Malta.


John Gray
John joined Trireme in 2019 as Operations Manager with over seven years of pensions experience behind him.
Having previously worked for two of the largest Pension Providers in Malta, he amassed his knowledge on a wide array of Schemes such as QROPS and QNUPS, alongside UK and European offerings.
As Operations Manager he is responsible for oversight of the administration department and ensuring the fluidity of the day-to-day business, whilst working closely with introducers to provide technical support.
John is a Member of the London Institute of Banking and Finance.
